I came in for a root canal consultation. Even though their next available appointment was Monday, they were kind enough to fit me in the same day on Wednesday, towards the end of the day around 4 PM, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel comfortable. The receptionist, the assistants who took my X-rays, and the doctor, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Considering how stressful dental treatment can be, they really made me feel at ease. The doctor took the time to carefully examine my tooth and explained everything in detail. He walked me through the current condition of my tooth and clearly laid out three possible treatment scenarios, including what each option would involve and what the best approach would be. I never felt rushed, and I felt fully informed and involved in the decision-making process. You can really tell there is great teamwork in this office. I just left the clinic and felt the need to write this review right away. It’s not often you come across a team that combines professionalism with such a human, caring approach. Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Shirani and couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. The procedure itself—something I had been quite anxious about—was handled with incredible skill and attention to detail. Dr. Shirani took the time to explain each step, answer all my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. His calm and reassuring approach made a huge difference. I was especially impressed by how gentle and efficient the treatment was. What I expected to be stressful turned out to be smooth and virtually painless. If you’re looking for an endodontist who combines expertise, professionalism, and genuine care, I highly recommend Dr. Ray Shirani. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience.

I had to get 3 root canals and I can’t believe I’m about to say Dr Shirani made it seamless and as painless as possible. His entire staff I had the opportunity to interact with was great. They were always helpful, kind, and with an inviting attitude! Dr Shirani went above and beyond from the thorough exam/ consultation to answering every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or that I was taking too much of his time. He was warm and kind in a way I don’t come across often anymore seemed to ask questions he was genuinely curious of the answers; in a way that never felt invasive. He did a full review of all my medications and what each one was used for specifically for me. Gave me his assessment and my option. I also have a very specific need as I had a double amputation so I am wheelchair bound. He worked with me to not only allow the treatment to happen but made sure I was as comfortable as possible. My wheelchair is slightly wider at the wheels due to it having an extra bar for mobility- him and his staff measured doorways before booking to ensure I didn’t waste time coming down there if my chair wouldn’t fit. A great big THANK YOU to Dr. Ray Shirani and his wonderful staff for what I thought would be a daunting implant procedure but instead became a smooth & efficient process. The attention that I received from Emma at the front desk as well as Claudia, Melanie and Katrina, who assisted Dr. Shirani was exceptional. I felt very well taken care of with explanations about my treatment & what to expect along the way as well. Dr. Shirani exhibited a wealth of knowledge & expertise and truly gave me a sense of extreme confidence & security. Five stars all the way for sure!!

I had a root canal with Dr. Tataro and his team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, everyone (especially Tracie and Kindra) was welcoming and professional. Dr. Tataro was clear and concise when explaining the procedure. The treatment itself was smooth, efficient, and completely pain-free. You can tell the whole team truly cares about patient comfort and quality care.
